Boys Netball

Winter Competition

Boys can play at Ku-ring-gai Netball Association, with any of our clubs, from the very beginning at U6s (must be at or starting Primary School).

All teams are fully mixed (boys & girls) from U6s through to U14s.

From U15s-U17s a Mixed Competition is available.

Our clubs have inclusive uniforms, to suit all players. Club registrations are now open, so get in touch with us today, via boys@kna.com.au, with any questions, or to be put in touch with your local club.

Boys Reps

All boys are invited to trial for our representative teams in the following age groups and categories:

U11s & U12s - trial for the U11 or U12 mixed development squads, as per the information on the Junior Reps Page.
U12s - can trial in the regular U12 Junior Reps OR as a development player in the U14 Boys Representative Squad (but can't be in both).
U13 & 14s - trial for the U14s Boys' Team (or Development Squad).
U15 - 17s - trial for the U17s Boys' Team.
U18+ - trial for the Opens Men's Representative Teams.

Boys M-League

Each year in Term 4, Men's Netball runs a Junior Boys u15s competition, for boys aged 12-15. In 2026, this competition will be running Tuesday evenings, 7pm at The Bennelong Centre, West Ryde. Ku-ring-gai has entered 2 teams into the competition, competing against other associations such as ERNA, Inner West, Baulkham Hills, etc...

Our boys come from right across the region, including Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Berowra, St Ives, Allambie Heights, Willoughby, Thornleigh, Hornsby Heights, Ermington, Wyong, Wahroonga and more! So, if you're interested, get in touch to see how your son can get involved. We still have a couple of spots available in the teams.

Other Boys' Opportunities

Throughout the year we look to create multiple opportunities for boys such as gala days, skills clinics, etc. We also like to invite members of the Mens' Netball NSW Team to run clinics, whilst mentoring and encouraging all athletes keen to learn more about netball.

Boys Pathways

Boys' netball is one of the fastest growing male sports in Australia. Most parents aren't aware of the pathways in boys' netball, and the opportunities our NSW and National teams have, to attend national and international competitions each year.
